
Have you ever bust a gut to get the picture about what exactly will be the reason that the human race of this century are inclined with different diversity of diseases, many of which even not heard before. Earlier this was not the occurrence as the beings of that epoch were more active, healthy, happier and satisfied than this day and age.
Indubitably at present the life expectancy is also whopping enough than earlier with more lavish and comforting life we are savouring, as a result our generation beings are less metabolically healthy than their peers. Forbye we used to splash out our finances and eat more healthier food than previous generation. Consider these free radicals as the main villain of our story which tends to remain unstable in nature by forging large chain chemical reactions in our body and its accumulation inside us deteriorate our health. Besides antioxidant is the gallant idealised persona who tends to rescue our body by stabilising free radicals for its flourishing set up. But the problem sprang out when the proportion of free radicals out balanaces the antioxidants which leads to rise numerous diseases, such as : cancer, cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, neurological disease, kidney disease, sexual maturation, high cholesterol, insomnia, high uric acid, obesity, diabetes etc. Hope you all are relating to the above mentioned query!
Never overlook one more thing that without the antioxidants these free radicals would cause serious health issues eventually resulting in death too. So antioxidants are the tease tail for the survival of all living things on this planet for leading a healthier version of themselves.
Now the question comes how free radicals are formed inside the body, well the possibility is through various endogenous and exogenous sources such as:

See this is very controversial inquiry but as per the research, the natural food-derived antioxidants are very different from those of found in supplements as it contains concentrated dose of isolated antioxidants compound that can impact the health differently. Even some studies reveal that taking certain antioxidants supplements may interfere with body’s natural signalling pathways thus adversely impact the health.
But again one thing might began to bang you, that how can we be so sure that the food or diet we are eating will provide us the enormous amount of antioxidants as nothing is in bona fide form these days, every thing is interfered with technology. No doubt on that but just understand one thing “balance is the key” for any good thing to happen otherwise you know that even a nectar is poison if taken to excess.
